One of the world’s leading ocean carriers which offers more than 90 weekly services and call ports in over 50 countries worldwide was looking to enhance the IT governance processes.

Role

  • Cooperating with IT, Finance and enforcing policies for Project Management Policy and Operating Manual
  • Led the PMO function to install project governance on the portfolio of projects
  • Delegating responsibilities, processes and best practices for Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Coordinating tasks on the Control Self Assessments program, Internal and External Audit processes for applications and infrastructure
  • Managing groups on REMODEL program and portfolio of SAP projects and IT systems
  • Setting and meeting deadlines to Project Review Committee for project funding
